The company Media Norge was created through a merger of the media houses Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Fædrelandsvennen and Stavanger Aftenblad. The merger would also grant Media Norge ownership to Finn.no.
 
The four media houses are market leaders in their respective geographical markets. Finn.no is a national market leader for online classified advertisements.
 
Media Norge is one of the largest media companies in Norway, with strong positions in regional media and classifieds.  Media Norge will have approximately 2 000 employees. The company’s total revenues exceeds NOK 4 945 000 000 (2009).

 - Responsible for a successful transformation of in-house printing plants to become an efficient and profitable industry player. 

Merging independent media houses to become a successful media unit with shared services, shared targets and more efficient operations. This included a merger of independent IT organizations to one common IT organization for both operations and development, with huge cost savings.
