With 7 years of experience, there are a couple of things I specialize in:

1. Bringing and maintaining new and existing clients

Throughout my experience, I signed more than 350 companies, from SmEs to Enterprises. Luxury hotels, Hospital groups, and SAAS companies hired over 1000 candidates and brought a couple of digital products from ideation to the MVP stage. 

I founded:
Atlas back in 2019; a UK/Irish/Croatian entity supporting The EU Luxury hotels with end-to-end HR solutions.
Product: Workforce; a platform connecting students/mentors/companies for them to outsource tasks, and students to deliver with the help of mentors while learning hands-on employability skills.
Garden of Abundance; a coliving/coworking area in Croatia with 5 ha of land with a goal to integrate nature with modern design and accommodate digital nomads to leave and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.


Meanwhile, I helped 2 agencies grow their teams, UTS HR Group brought in 10 new internal hires, trained them while scaling the business, and managed sales/recruitment/logistics, and At MMA Healthcare, created a new desk to double the annual revenue and enter new markets. I finished a digital product management master's in Barcelona to gain experience with digital products, and the product lifecycle, using tools/canvases to deliver prototypes/MVP, and later spent a year with exceptional Agile coaches practicing scrum(PM tools and team dynamics). Landed into EWOR, EU's biggest accelerator(equivalent to Y combinator) to build a venture that will bridge the gap between hands-on learning hard/soft skills and data-driven hiring.

I’ve been testing Emergent Web Builder over the past days while building an AI product architecture, so will leave here my review.

There is a lot to like about the vision.

An AI that can act as a full-stack partner and move from idea,  feature to implementation is promising - when it works, it feels perfect. You can move incredibly fast and see real functionality appear in minutes.

However, once you move beyond early prompts and start building serious architecture, several friction points start to appear.

1. Lack of code transparency
As a builder, I need visibility and control.

 Right now it’s unclear how to:
 • Inspect the full frontend and backend code
 • Understand architectural decisions
 • See what has actually been implemented in the code

2. Unpredictable credit usage
One of the biggest blockers is pricing clarity.

 Sometimes an action costs 3 credits, sometimes 10, sometimes 20 - without clear feedback on why.

This makes it very easy to spend €50-€100 in an hour without fully understanding what triggered the cost.


3. Price vs value tension
I don’t mind paying for powerful tools.
 But right now the value delivered per euro feels inconsistent.

A significant portion of time is spent:
 • Tweaking architecture
 • Correcting misunderstandings
 • Re-iterating on previous work

That’s expensive iteration.

4. Projects become harder as they grow
Interestingly, the more complex the project becomes, the more fragile the workflow feels.

Early prototyping → great output, VP

 Scaling architecture → much harder to maintain the feature VP

This is exactly the stage where builders need trust.

5. Missing history, rollback/chat retrieval
For a product builder, this is critical.

 I currently struggle to:
 • Retrieve previous chats
 • Roll back to earlier states
 • Find previous forks or decisions


Overall:
Emergent has a very strong vision and real potential.

It shows glimpses of what AI assisted product building will become.

But still  feels like a powerful prototype priced like a production tool.

If the team improves transparency, pricing clarity, and project control it could become a category defining product.

For now, based on everything, Base44 is leading.

Old world: You track calories in MyFitnessPal.

New world: Agent sees your restaurant bill, photos, calendar, grocery receipts - tracks automatically → adjusts workouts → orders groceries → books trainer.

The “app” is pointless.

White-collar work = computer work. What do office workers actually do daily?

They:
read documents
write documents
move info between tools
search things
schedule things
send messages
make spreadsheets
fill forms
coordinate people
follow processes

That is literally: keyboard + mouse work.
Agents now control keyboard + mouse.

So the question becomes brutal:
Why pay a human salary for something software can do 24/7 for cents?
