Lead the digital transformation process for residential customers, facilitate digital adoption and manage digital products for several brands. Responsible for:

💡DIGITAL PRODUCTS
· Defining the strategic plan and product roadmap for the digital channels of the company (web & app). 
· Setting product metrics using OKRs, annual objectives, and planning resource allocation.
· Owner of the digital product backlog: translating business and customer needs to specific requirements, defining user stories, prioritizing, and setting goals.
· Developing products & solutions maximizing customer value and based on data.

🚀PROJECTS
· Agile project management - Scrum and Kanban.
· Collaborating and leading several cross-functional project teams (UX, Analytics, Data, Sales, Customer Value, and Technical teams).
· Validating proposed products and solutions using MVP, proof of concepts, prototypes, user-centered design.
· Resolving problems and managing risks.

🔨OPERATIONS
· Defining and executing go-to-market strategies of new products & services released.
· Measuring performance through main KPI's to facilitate decision making: sales & revenue growth, conversion rate, customer satisfaction index, app rating.
· Developing digital marketing campaigns, growth initiatives, CRO analysis, and A/B testing to increase brand awareness and digital sales.
· Engaging and supporting eCommerce and sales teams.
· Reporting to senior management.

· Leading tech, QA, customer support training.
· Training internal teams to boost adoption of digital methodologies.
· Training of new Product Owners.
· Communicating and engaging with main stakeholders: sales leaders, customer leaders, technical leaders, senior management.
