Duties include;
	Installation, Integration, Alarms definition  and Troubleshooting of RBS 6000 Radio bass system 
	Assist Ericsson Ghana business solution team on MTN account during presales, implementation and after sales on RBS 6000 series, accessories like 90 degrees adaptors, Circuit breakers, energy cables, wave guides (feeder cables) selection.
	Strong business skill, pushing, persistence and good human relations.
	Manage sub-contractors and their works, in accordance with Company procedures and with respect to customer’s directives.
	Manage installation teams, processes are followed and that correct methods, instructions, checklists, tools and reports are used.
	Provisional site acceptance from Ericsson AB Ghana approved contractor.
Act and report on performance by the Ericsson AB Ghana approved contractor.
Assure that the customer approves and accept the Installation work.
Follow up on Quality Audit finding and outstanding item lists. 
	Adhere to environmental health and safety regulations.
	Commission (Create IDB and do the necessary health checks) on any of these Ericsson RBS series (6000 RBS with DUG and RUS).
	A very fine experience in trouble shooting on (6000 RBS series with DUG and RUS). 
	External alarms terminations and definitions
	Provide support to other field Engineers and training of Engineers as well.
	Appropriate Dress & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Radio Frequency (RF) Safety
	Supervision of RAN Modernization project, replacing live sites with Ericsson 2000 RBSs with Ericsson 6000 RBS series as per MTN’s Work Authorization.
