Assisted Head Winemaker, David Lecomte, with maintenance of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines. Helped oversee wine production, including crushing, fermentation, maceration, aging and bottling. Conducted regular wine tastings for clients and barrel owners.

Recruited new and advised existing clients, with commercial loan programs including bridge, conduit, multi-family, mixed-use and small-business. Created and executed flexible and profitable deals, adjusting for many inputs including comprehensive analysis of comparable local real estate market, interest rates, and capital markets. Contributed to the firm’s bottom line by participating in the closing of deals worth $5,000,000.

As Vice Chairman at Savills North America, I leverage my expertise in site identification and selection, deal structuring and portfolio optimization to advise occupiers on real estate strategy. 

Actively represented tenants totaling over 6M square feet including projects on behalf of Expedia, Braze, Duolingo, Ralph Lauren, Transfix, Jones Day, MongoDB and Twilio.

Along with my family, we established The Judah Marans Memorial Fund to honor my brother and raise funds for the Judah Marans Music and Art Center at Yavneh Academy. I also serve as chairman of the board of the NYU Bronfman Center and am a member of JFNA’s National Young Leaders Cabinet
