I am fluent in English, as it is the official language in my work. Currently, working at the second multinational company of my career. First with ITSH, coordinating change management processes for three years. Managing customer requests and responsible for the quality of the requests and contacting different technical teams to organize the implementation of changes. Other than just checking the quality, I was also responsible for gathering the approvals by presenting the content and answering questions to higher authorities. At the beginning, I was working on one big customer EON, but later I was handling more smaller accounts as well. In these cases, I was the SPOC to the customer, so directly reporting and handling escalations and incidents. When I moved to BT, I started as a member of the Benelux Business Assurance team at BT, working on multiple, non-contract managed accounts that have a negative margins. My main tasks are providing detailed revenue and cost reports for Commercial Managers. Also checking commercial invoices for revenue linking information, and contacting account and technical teams for proof of cease and disputing. After one and a half year I have been promoted to Commercial Contract Manager working on Saint Gobain account from an E2E perspective. Dealing with ordering, billing, forecasting, doing CGR reporting and handling all account related escalations, also leading customer facing regular calls. At BT, I was a CI agent in my team doing process reviews of my colleagues, discussing these reviews with my line manager and working on improvement plans using a wide range of CI tools. Furthermore, I am confident using ticketing tools(various tools at ITSH and BT) and the Microsoft Office toolset especially Word and Excel.
