Partner with Paychex to outsource and enhance human resources function. Ensure optimal inventory, talent development, and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards. Serve as subject matter expert in insurance, tax, due diligence, acquisitions, real estate transactions, and formation of limited liability companies.
