As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at PartnerHero I am the liaison to employment agencies, colleges, and industry association.

I am responsible for driving improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics  and report on progress.

I help develop and manage key TA metrics, as well as provide regular reports on progress toward hiring goals.

I also provide general recruitment and talent acquisition support, including posting open positions, conducting phone/Zoom interviews, screening resumes, coordination of  interviews, background checking, researching new acquisition sources, and addressing general employment inquiries.

I help ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes, and priorities.

I help build a talent pipeline and network of potential candidates by identifying, screening interviewing and assessing candidates for future business development goals and by creating a presence at career fairs, online and other virtual locations.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsible for the Global full-cycle hiring management, from end to end. As a Senior talent partner, I work closely with Employer Branding Specialist and Talent Coordinators. I also consult with Hiring Managers on their hiring needs, discuss the desired candidate profile, and develop and execute related recruiting strategies and plans. 

I also serve as the Technical Recruiter for the company, focusing on sourcing and placing top-tier talent across various programming languages and technologies. I successfully recruited for positions including software developers, data scientists, and engineering managers, specializing in languages and technologies such as Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Ruby, and SQL. By leveraging my expertise in technical recruiting, I was able to identify and attract skilled professionals who fit the specific technical requirements and culture of the organization.

I also support Internal transfer and promotion requests and I am responsible for larger partner programs, more challenging roles, and I am also assigned to internal projects.

Senior Talent Partner

PartnerHero is a fast-growing software and outsourcing startup that helps some of the world’s leading technology companies build remote teams of customer service professionals.

As the LATAM recruiter I am responsible for:

Lead all LATAM recruitment processes to support the business
Establish recruitment strategies and procedures along with the recruiter manager per specific Hiring Manager needs
Assist Hiring Managers’ in development of appropriate job postings to match the job responsibilities
Enter Job Requisitions in ATS, and other job boards as required
Source candidates using a variety of established and creative recruitment techniques
Pre-screen and interview qualified candidates
Conduct assessments, testing and required background checks of potential candidates as necessary
Manage all offer extensions and negotiations
Ensure compliance with all applicable recruitment guidelines and policies.
Provide input and updates as appropriate to recruitment tools, templates, policies and guidelines
Participate in strategic recruitment initiatives
Attend Career fairs/Talent conferences as needed

LATAM Recruiter

As the International Recruiter I am responsible for:

Sourcing, attracting and screening candidates from different sources

Conducting competency, hypothetical and behaviorally based in-depth interviews

Hiring selected candidates (send contracts, set up working tools)

Creating a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs

Forecasting hiring trends

I am also the main point of contact for HR-related matters for all Berlin-based associates and Remote associates.
