Giraez

Giraez wants to promote the financial and social inclusion of migrant workers and their families without the hassle and with all the support they need to thrive.
Giraez is a platform that allows migrant workers to provide economic support through a safe and closed platform that acts as a marketplace for goods and services in the home country while allowing them to connect with their community.
We won the first edition of IE-Mapfre's Insurtech Lab and were part of Mapfre's Insurspace Incubator program. Since May 2022 we are part of Lanzadera, one of the largest and most prestigious startup accelerators in Spain.
In October 2022 we were selected as a Top 50 startup in the 4YFN awards, a global startup competition aimed at finding the best digital startups around the globe. The highest official recognition offered exclusively to startups during MWC Barcelona.

MAPFRE Open Innovation

We were part of Mapfre Insur_space, the startups incubators at Mapfre. During the program, we collaborated closely with Mapfre Asistencia to create products for migrant workers and their families back home.
From November to January, we also partnered with Accenture Europe Venture as a Service team and conducted a venture sprint, where we were able to test our product-market fit and launch our first campaigns successfully.

I participated in IE and Mapfre's 1st edition of the Insurtech Lab, where we got mentorship, masterclasses, and resources to jumpstart our project. 
We pitched at IE's Venture Day and our startup, Giraez, won the 1st edition of the lab.

Placed is the future of recruitment for the hospitality industry. A user-friendly integrated platform that pre-filters and screens candidates to match the right venues, speeds up the recruitment process, reduces no-shows to interviews, and truly engages with a whole new generation of job-seekers! 

Main duties:
-Sourcing of new clients and identification of new markets
- Keep track and enhance social media presence across all channels
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business Intelligence teams to develop new acquisition 
   channels and measure results
- Manage and update CRM and create pipelines

Highly organized and passionate problem-solver with multiple transferable skills acquired through a multicultural, international upbringing. I Have lived in several countries and, I am trilingual in English, French, and Spanish. I have experience in very diverse multilingual and multicultural environments. I enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams of people who get things done.
