Testing Navigation Lead (WW)

Responsible for optimizing the performance of web pages and the web visitor journey measured by engagement, conversion, traffic, VLRC and Win revenue. Online commerce SME,  coordinating the initiative "Organic promotion of the Think Summits 2020" across IBM's footprint in Europe. Web Optimization Specialist - Conversion (UKI)

Merchandising, conversion and customer journey optimization, creating and implementing A/B tests and personalization tests. Analysis of the web experience for local competitors and for the web consumer experience for three European Markets - Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Web Optimization Strategist (BeNeLux)

Managed digital journey optimization projects for IBM's Marketplace France and the adjacent web pages to these,  I optimize the links and the content, do in-depth SEO, provide and implement recommendations for growth in the organic traffic and in the purchases of IBM's services and products. I created, implemented and monitored a Merchandising plan, replicated by other  countries in IBM's Marketplace.  Working directly with the team leader, the GEO leaders and with a team localized in France to obtain the best results for the number of visits to these pages, the engagement rate and the store window promotion clicks for the French Marketplace web pages.

Digital Journey Strategist (with French)

Responsible for the management of the main components of the organic web demand for IBM's Global Technology Services pages for the French market. I was in charge of validating and deploying the web architecture, quality checking and correcting the French content. I optimized the GTS web pages for Demand Generation: SEO, live chats, linkages & local assets. I reported on my own activity and on the results achieved to the Digital Optimization team at GMC Bucharest Centre and to the French representatives located in France. I teamed with the specialists from the DO team and with the specialists in the marketing team from France to deliver the best results for the business: more visits to the GTS pages, an increased organic traffic, better engagement and digital journeys for the users, a growth in customer sales.
