I love working with people who challenge + inspire me. I specifically enjoy creating hyper-fast and cost-effective efficient systems to prioritize and release incredible products. I keep teams small on purpose and am constantly asking how we can accomplish more with less and get rid of bloat or unneeded process and meetings. In all my pursuits, I prioritize shipping updates. I lead by doing rather than by 'managing'. Although I infrequently "code" in a traditional sense, I'm constantly configuring CRMs, building low-code web apps, and jumping into Figma to design. I get energized when I can help unlock speed on the teams and projects I work on. Skills & Experience include: * Startup strategy & operating across wide variety of business types and products/services -- both lean startup/VC-backed context with various software +/- hardware products and services. * Developing, testing, and scaling GTM strategies for B2C (Grove & Revonate) / B2B (GrabCAD & Imbellus & LeanLaw) / B2B2C (Revonate. & Maxable) selling to government, large enterprise, SMBs, and consumers. * Rapid prototyping: 3d printing, wireframes, Figma (though always outsource final UI design) * Internal tooling: BI dashboards, OKR+KPI tracking, automations * Raising angel/VC and IR: have raised ~$6M in capital from top tier angels and VCs (Upfront Ventures, Tim Ferriss, Gary Vee, etc...) * Marketing tech: Hubspot setup & administration * Recruiting: Have hired ~60 people in my career to date with high retention & commitment * Advising early stage startup founders Interests: * Built environment - all aspects.
