I am an Italian Master of Science Degree graduate in Business Administration & Management, with focus on Marketing, along with relevant Marketing work experience. I think of myself as a resilient, hardworking and results-driven person who aims to achieve the best possible outcomes even in challenging circumstances. Additionally, I consider myself a trustworthy individual with great interpersonal skills combined with problem solving, teamwork, leadership and critical thinking capabilities developed thanks to the different university courses and project works I attended during my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. During my Master's Degree in Marketing, I had the opportunity to both analyse and comprehend theoretical subjects related to business, sales and marketing as well as applying them directly to project works involving Italian and European companies selected by my courses' professors at LIUC University. The most challenging project work done, referred to the Retail & Sales Management Course and directly involved Coop Italy Northwest Consortium, an Italian retailer leader in the food and grocery industry. In this project, my team had to develop tailor-made selling and advertising strategies to introduce a new ready to cook red meat product line inside the retailer's Italian superstores. Other relevant project works were related to courses like International Marketing, Brand Management, Quantitative Methods, Digital Marketing, Strategic Entrepreneurship and Relationship Marketing, where I had the opportunity to understand several industries, the main competitors involved, the leading business strategies used and the different target customers available. As a consequence, I consider my university career highly challenging and educational due to the necessity of understanding many theoretical subjects and immediately applying them to real business scenarios involving large companies in need of tailor-made marketing and selling strategies. This technical approach, has enabled me to acquire relevant knowledge and skills that make me a valuable asset inside real business environments that require the execution of Marketing and Sales tasks while complying with specific requirements and deadlines. I have recently accepted a job opportunity as a Marketing Specialist at Fandis Spa, where I will be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during my university courses, project works and previous work experience as a Marketing Intern, consequentially enabling me to keep gaining professional experience and valuable competencies in my Marketing career.
