➟ Introduced a safety matrix where none previously existed by using Excel to track injuries and incidents.

➟ Cut $500K annually from medical exams expenses by executing a safety strategy that focused on individual requirements and local medical exams. 

➟ Prepared and maintained a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) that included more than 2K products and all the hazardous materials program/procedures.

➟ Achieved 1 year with zero recordable incidents by developing and implementing a safety program that took a proactive approach to preventing injuries. 

➟ Reduced injuries 50% after implementing a safety program that included partnering with a doctor, nurse, and physical therapist to demonstrate techniques to correct and prevent injuries.
