As a Catalyst in the Informatics Value Management, Enablement and Insights chapter at Roche, I work closely with other Catalysts, relevant Chapters, and Domains to help develop a set of Informatics measures (OKRs, KPIs). 

Lead and drive product cost transparency, portfolio governance and the adoption of the ServiceNow Goal Framework Alignment Planner and Strategic Portfolio Management. 

Implementation and Adoption of Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) in ServiceNow by enabling end-to-end mapping from Investment to Business Applications (APM) and Services (ITSM).

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing insights about the end-to-end health of Informatics and benchmarking our Informatics against industry standards.

• Prioritizing our cross-Informatics strategic portfolio to support Roche's 10-year ambition and long-term business growth and success.

• Ensuring the sustainability of Informatics by optimizing our IT assets and investing in technology and capabilities to increase employee satisfaction.

• Creating a positive reputation with the business and users by measuring benefits realization.

• Maturing our insights approach and techniques to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our Informatics strategies.

Value Management, Enablement & Insights (Strategic Portfolio Management)

Objective:
Ensure that our investments create maximum impact and value, and mechanisms such as ceremonies (Technology Portfolio Governance, Business Reviews), tools (ServiceNow IT Business Management), and methodologies (SAFe) are in place to support and govern our portfolio.

• Partner to continuously improve Strategic Portfolio Management processes and deliver on Integrated Portfolio Vision.

• Demonstrate and communicate the value of portfolio management and provide “intelligence” on the health of the portfolio to all stakeholders

• Identify, evaluate and manage risks to the portfolio

• Assist with defining and executing the portfolio investment strategy

• Understand the organization’s business strategy, operating vision, business capabilities, product & financial strategy, and technology imperatives

Led activities to amplify our customer and patient-centric models and ways of working. Bringing teams and countries in APAC to evolve and collaborate on aligned and prioritized outcomes, leveraging on capabilities and platforms to launch and operate our products and services. Manage a mixed portfolio of complex APAC and international informatics strategic initiatives and tactics that span multiple lines of therapeutic areas. 

• As Customer Engagement QBR Master - Led the Quarterly Business Review for Pharma Informatics covering all areas (APAC - LATAM - EU, Middle East Africa, and US-Canada

Member of the extended leadership team and responsible for the overall Project and Portfolio Management at RSTO. Management of capital and non-capital projects as well as business process analysis, design, and optimization. 

• Oversaw portfolio of projects worth more than USD50M, leading the change review board, site risk management community, project governance committee, annual CAPEX review, and business project manager for a USD20+M process transfer project.
