Brazilian psychologist graduated at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), I went to Malaga in September 2021 to attend a Master's program in Social and Community Research and Intervention at the University of Malaga (UMA) while finishing a postgraduate course in Strategic HR at Puc Minas Virtual (Brasil - remote). From my previous work experience, I had the opportunity to build and manage mostly of the HR related processes, projects, operations, and multicultural teams from different countries such as Brazil, the United States, India, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, and others, giving me the experience and confidence needed to contribute in any related leadership role. I was also responsible for managing the company's Privacy policies according to pertinent regulations (CCPA, CPRA, GDPR), and Information Security Management System for the ISO27001/2022 certification, creating/reviewing appropriate HR, operational, and security policies, and conducting the internal audit processes when necessary. Considering my psychological background, I also had the opportunity to develop valuable analytical skills and the ability to actively listen and understand people, which was an essential skill used to build and implement a solid company culture and ensure compliance with working processes and routines.
