- Supporting Practice and Clinics' Managers in financial performance projects (price mix evolution, high quality machinery, personnel cost analysis, project management system development);
- Onboarding and process harmonization for the newly acquired Clinics, reporting to AniCura Global Onboarding Manager (Oracle and PMS integration, real estate management, agreements' harmonization);
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Medical, P&O, Procurement, Operations) to meet budgets;
- Prioritizing country projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and sustainability (business case up to 4M€); 
- Supporting the Regional Operations Manager with regards to the performance of business review on a regular basis.
