Over the last 23 years I have developed a strong track record of success in Software Sales Management and Business Development across on prem Software, SaaS, and Service as a Service offerings in multinational organisations, heading EMEA and Global businesses. In my 19 years in IBM, I was rated a top performer 17 times, having exceeded targets and expectations on all fronts. I have won 2 leadership awards and have been a 100% club winner numerous times. In 1997 I arrived in Dublin from Italy in to learn English and work as a nanny. I joined IBM in 2000 and seized the opportunity to grow into a dynamic and effective sales leader who now manages large, multi-level teams, across global markets. Some of my key skills are creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, change management, coaching and leadership development, client management, complex contract negotiations and operational excellence. In 2019 I took a sabbatical to further my personal and professional development by studying amongst other topics, coaching and emotional intelligence. I am now looking for a senior leadership role in Sales or Sales Operations in a fast-growing organization with a strong culture of diversity and ground-breaking products.
