I’ve “hustled” my way to get to the top of the leaderboard by outworking all the other kids since I was 10 years old, that’s when I was placed in foster care (born & raised in Sweden) and in order to earn pocket money, doing chores was the way to go! Fast forward to the present and how I got into tech sales as a BDR, then AE, and now Enablement - the same characteristics and curiosity to learn and expand myself maintain. I always strive to be the best version of myself and figure out how my experiences can positively impact and contribute to an organization and individual contributors. I’m my biggest competitor, and you are my peer. I’m on a mission to learn, earn, and grow together. That can happen in a few ways: ◆ The reps I work with in my full-time job: 1:1 enablement coaching (outbound, social selling, prospecting), weekly call blitzes for global BDRs, host monthly enablement office hrs for SDRs, and supporting our APAC & EMEA field reps (AE's). ◆ Sales Impact Academy: coaching S/BDRs and AE's on topics like effective discovery, video prospecting, pitch, and more. ◆ The Tech Sales Experience (podcast): we talk about various experiences in the tech field, sometimes in roundtables with guests in the industry, and also through our community on Jobski. ◆ Cultured Perspective: in my free time, I consult with Cultured Perspective and help various companies grow, expand, and help take their business to the next level. I’ve co-founded RevGenius in 2020, which grew to be one of the biggest communities for revenue generating professionals. Since then, I’ve been named 2x Salesforce Top Sales Influencer (2021 & 2022), 25 Women to Follow In 2023 by UserGems, and few other professional accolades I’m grateful for receiving. I believe in empowering and connecting with the next generation of sales professionals.
