•	Led a multi-discipline team to carve-out financial statements while acting as a key member of the portfolio strategy for M&A activities with an aggregate transactional value of more than $1.2 billion and managed due diligence reviews of acquisition targets and worked with business development teams to identify viability of potential acquisitions.
•	Successfully drive operational excellence by project management through dashboards as well as management presentations also direct a team of 10+ consultants in the preparation of stand-alone financial statements, financial footnotes and pro-forma disclosures for 10-K and 10-Q financial filings.

•	Managed capital expenditures and business plans with an approximate annual spend of $1.0 billion to support decision making of Senior Management and Board of Directors

•	Supervised the preparation of carve-out financial statements for the divestiture of the company’s shallow water segment which became Shelf Drilling Inc. with an approximate market value of $2 billion and assisted in the creation of financial statements for an upcoming initial public offering of a master limited partnership formed by Transocean Ltd.
•	Established the methodologies for the allocation of corporate and indirect expenses attributed to the divested offshore drilling units for Shelf Drilling Inc. and Transocean Partners while serving as liaison among numerous project stakeholders which included global accounting firms and national consulting firms and maintained direct working relationship with the Chief Financial Officer of Shelf Drilling Inc.

•	Significant contributor to the accounting of business combinations and purchase price accounting as a result of the acquisition of Aker Drilling ASA with an approximate transactional value of $1.5 billion combined with the effective management of the complete sequence of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. 
•	Participated in debt offerings with a float of approximately $2 billion combined with being primarily responsible for the preparation of the company’s consolidated statement of cash flows also formed and reviewed reporting checklists concerning US GAAP. 
•	Orchestrated then reviewed internal management reports (CFO packages) that included balance sheet analysis, non- GAAP metrics, exposures as well as reserves while making certain that proper format was utilized for all external/internal reports with supporting schedules prepared and cross- referenced for departmental files.
