Because it takes preparation, persistence, and the ability to seize opportunities to find the right person for the job - or to show you are that person. ✍️ My professional journey began in the field of marketing, where I mastered the art of storytelling, copywriting, and professional presentation. In-house recruitment was another stepping stone of my early career - I genuinely enjoyed providing the right talent for my employers' openings. 🌐 Soon I got chance to further develop my writing skills and become a CV writer, which gave me a new sense of purpose! While helping jobseekers communicate their professional value and potential based on current job market needs, I was able to empower hundreds of people. As a job search adviser, I have witnessed transformation of countless careers, leaving my clients happy and fulfilled. 🔄 That have formed my deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of both employers and jobseekers. I have developed a holistic perspective on the recruitment process influenced by my previous experiences, which I bring to my present role. ➡️ Now I focus on making recruitment as smooth and human-friendly as possible, matching aspirations of professionals with talent acquisition goals of organizations. At the moment I am especially interested in building relationships with recruiters, agencies, and hiring decision makers, as I believe our collaboration is a key to making it all work!
