I was assigned to negotiate contracts with clients (Food Trucks specifically) to purchase their used-oil for recycling purposes which I completed successfully by establishing and maintaining courteous relationships with them which evolved into them recommending me to other food truck that also needed the service.
 

Afterwards, I got promoted to Supply Chain Manager & Data Analyst during which time I established basic processes from procurement to delivery, was in charge of handling exporting documents and liaising with Logistics company, Shipping company and Recipient company in Europe

During my time at Make Your Move, I was managing 3 totally different divisions of the company: Digital Marketing, Learning Platform and a Financial Learning/Services platform (Taino Trading Group). I was serving as both CFO and Instructor/division director of the financial platform. I can say it was my first experience in having to deal with consolidating financial statements in holdings type of company.

I was also responsible for business development. Through this I was able to make contact with international banks and other financial platforms such as BlackBoxStocks to create proftable partnerships.

It was at Make Your Move, that I realized the importance of using technology and its tools to optimize performance, workplace dynamic, communications and financials through a series of different apps at the time. by conducting research, I was able to successfully implement the use of theses apps within the organization.

I am currently training to become a Software Engineer and AI Developer. Speaking 4 languages *English, French, Haitian Creole and Spanish, I have used these skills to perform translation and interpretation work, high-stakes negotiations and life-saving conversations in multi-cultural settings.
