Senior Customer Success Manager, Asia Pacific

As a Customer Success Manager for Tier 1 customers, my role is to lead our client's Onboarding Experience, Adoption, and Expansion across the entire product suite for Prisma Cloud - including Cloud Security Posture Management, Cloud Workload Protection & Code Security.

I strive to create a strong partnership with customer stakeholders, channel partners, and executive sponsors to enable Product Adoption. My role also encompasses being a customer advocate in influencing the product roadmap and understanding the key business drivers of my clients.
