RPA Engineer

•Provides first level IT Support for over 100 Sterling Bank Staff.
•Provides first level support for Microsoft Office365(Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive) and installations.
•Designs bots using UiPATH Studio that perform repetitive tasks to improve turn-around time.
•Installs and configures computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
•Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment like HP LaserJet Printers.
•Network cables crimping and the use of LAN tester. Basic and advanced troubleshooting of Computer Networking devices, configuration and troubleshooting (PCs, Switches and Routers).
•Practical demonstration of Computer Networking (topology types, identification of networking devices: Routers, Switches, wireless AP's), DNS, DHCP, OSI Layer, IP addressing techniques and Subnetting.
•Assists staff through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
•Troubleshoots technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organization/vendor as required.
•Ensures systems and data security are maintained at a high standard and ensuring the integrity of the Sterling Bank network is not compromised.
•Expedites the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to relevant suppliers/vendors in timely manner.
•Provides technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required; and supporting the roll-out of new applications and solutions.
•Demonstrates commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement with in the IT team. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are kept to.
•Maintains and develops excellent working relationships with key suppliers/vendors, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.

Support Engineer

*Provide first point of IT Support contact for Wema Bank Staff.
*Providing first level core banking application support for Wema Bank staff.
*Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
*Assisting staff and vendors through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
*Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to vendors or partner organisations as required.
*Providing layer 1 office365 technical support for all members of staff.
*Log all incidents and services requested in Wema Bank designated Help desk system.
*Ensure systems and data security are maintained at a high standard and ensuring that the integrity of the Wema Bank network is not compromised.
*Manage Helpdesk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
*Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to relevant vendors in timely manner.
*Provide on site field assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required; supporting the roll-out of new applications and solutions.
*Demonstrate commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT team.
*Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key suppliers, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.
