Management responsibility for two service lines within the TaxSearch Family of Brands.
The role ensured strategic initiatives, marketing programs, sales, servicing, and administration were all working in a harmonious manner across multiple service lines and for the benefit of the clients. Day to day responsibility for recruitment, business development, training, development of staff, marketing and sales strategy, P&L across all lines; as well as oversight of outside vendors and services.

TaxForce offered a high quality/low cost staffing model for interim-based projects. TaxForce supplied professionally vetted, independent tax consultants at significantly lower cost than traditional “loaner” staffing models. My role was to build out our interim division including getting selected as approved vendors for many large Fortune 500 companies.

In my first role after moving from the UK to America I was a Staffing Consultant for Randstad and I specialized in placing candidates on a permanent, temporary to permanent and temporary basis across all aspects of Office Support, Customer Support and Accounting Support for local customers in the Charleston, South Carolina area. 

This was a full cycle recruitment role from developing new relationships with clients all the way through to placing candidates that match the clients needs and wants.

My role including maintaining relationships with established clients of the firm as well as developing new client relationships in new countries as well as in new markets. In working with our clients it was a full cycle recruiting role, including identifying the client’s needs, sourcing/headhunting, screening/evaluating candidates, salary negotiations, and candidate placement.
