This role involves lots of design, marketing, asset architecture, and growth strategy to help promote paddling on a national level and to educate and support the recreational paddling community, paddling instructors, and partners.

- Using social media and email marketing I’ve brought consistent growth in engagement and audience to Paddle Canada’s content channels. Within 90 days of my role our Facebook post reach and engagement rose 195% and 240%, respectively 

- Year over year email open rate rose 14% and unsubscribers dropped by 31%

- Standardization of brand with design leadership, an asset library, and consistent copywriting. Being an outdoorsy guy, this has been an amazing opportunity to work within the paddling community helping people get on the water and enjoy nature

Marketing Communications Manager

4EST Brewing

Working with 4EST Brewing I have the privilege of leading all design related materials and setting the course for our future creative endeavors. Since beginning my role our social media presence has grown by 400 followers, average likes increased by 220%, and user generated content has surged with brand ambassadors.

In recent I’ve produced a series of t-shirts highlighting native tree species around the London region as well as shirt designs for our partnerships across the city. These have been highly received in the community with over 100 units printed to date.

From humble beginnings in our co-founder Myles’ garage to selling over 3000L of beer to 40+ restaurants and LCBO/BeerStore locations across the London area each month, 4EST Brewing has never lost sight of our goal - reforestation through education, awareness, and action.
