I oversee the planning and development of technology for our customers, vendors, and internal employees with a goal to improve productivity & efficiency and reduce the cost & time. Key activities focus on: • Developing, communicating and overseeing the overall internal and external technology (infrastructure, apps, data, security) strategy spelling out what technologies we should adopt and when for improved productivity and efficiency in support of enterprise mission. • Engaging with our customers on business requirements, building strong relationships, and delivering compelling solutions & options. • Planning, monitoring & reporting technology budget, and approving the design of new IT infrastructure, enterprise systems and software applications needed to execute our technology strategy, minimize risks, and maximize ROI. • Planning, recruiting, mentoring, and directing software architects, project managers, and scrum masters in alignment with the rapidly changing technology landscape and the market demand to streamline solution deliveries for our customers. • Establishing & overseeing our centers of excellence to innovate and adopt emerging technologies focusing on cloud migration, adoption & security, BPA & RPA, AI/ML, & Low code No-code tools, etc. and more efficient delivery methods via POCs and MVPs. • Establishing and overseeing the overall IT Infrastructure, shared services centers (inhouse and outsourced) for internal operations & support functions.
