Product lead on the Shared Rides Team. The Shared Rides Team seeks to bring the next 100 million price conscious users onto the Uber platform.

• After Shared Rides resumed operations in 2022, I helped scale the program to $2B+ in bookings with a healthy margin.
• One of the largest impact projects that I have worked on is a scheduling capability for shared rides. Through scheduling in advance, riders can significantly reduce the cost of a ride by giving Uber more time to make matches with other riders.
• Previously I was the product lead for Uber Cartops. Cartops is a program that places digital ad devices on top of drivers’ cars. I scaled the program from launch to 3k+ cars across 7 cities and millions in ad revenue.
• Previously I led the driver experience for Uber Pro, the largest workforce loyalty program in the world.
• One of the main reasons that drivers churn from Uber is that they don't feel valued. Through
recognizing drivers' achievements through rewards, we significantly reduced churn while improving platform engagement.
