I am a renaissance insurtech entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in the employee benefits industry building SaaS solutions for brokers, GAs, PEOs & carriers. Currently, I am dedicated to building and backing the future of employee benefits companies at Zoë Foundry. My expertise spans product development, distribution strategy, digital transformation, ecosystem integrations, carrier core systems, and innovation in quoting and underwriting for medical, ancillary, and voluntary products. In February 2014, I co-founded Limelight Health, an insurtech startup based in San Francisco, where I served as Chief Product Officer. Our mission was to empower insurance carriers, brokers, employers, and employees to make informed benefits decisions throughout the underwriting, quoting, and enrollment journey. We grew Limelight Health to 125 team members and achieved $12 million in annual recurring revenue. In August 2020, Limelight Health was acquired by FINEOS for $75 million. I hold a Masters in Spiritual Formation from St. Stephen's University in New Brunswick, Canada, which I earned in 2010. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy making music, songwriting, surfing, and backcountry snowboarding. I also enjoy Sprinter van adventures with my wife and cherish being a father to three adult children.
