As Head of Marketing, it is my job to develop and deliver marketing strategies, including Digital, Advertising and Communications. I work closely with all the group directors to identify, plan and deliver marketing campaigns to generate new business enquiries, to support the development of new products and services, and to promote all Islands' brands in line with our strategic objectives.
 
I also provide marketing input to Board meetings, ensuring it meets the board’s requirements, I prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department and I set, monitor and report on team goals. In addition, I also provide direction and support to a team of direct reports ensuring they are clear on their objectives, priorities and development requirements and that their performance is effectively managed & monitored.

As Marketing Manager, I am responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the company. This included overseeing all aspects of marketing communications, brand management, and lead generation activities. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and collaborated with sales teams to drive revenue growth.

As Marketing Manager at the Liberation Group, i was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the pub group's portfolio of brands. This included creating and implementing campaigns to drive customer engagement, loyalty and sales. Analyzing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity allowed me to identify growth opportunities and create effective marketing plans. By achieving this, we successfully increased brand awareness and enhanced the customer experience, contributing to the overall success of the business.
