Syneria is an international consultancy firm providing technical advisory services throughout the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects. 

We identify and mitigate potential technical and commercial risks based on deep understanding of project development, financing, construction and operation, combining our expertise with vast experience in dealing with different client risk profiles.

Main involvements:
✓ Responsible for business development in Vietnam and ASEAN region, and the setup of an operational hub in Ho Chi Minh City as of July 2023.
✓ Project Manager - Buyer's/Investor's/Vendor's Technical Advisory - Several Technical Due Diligences of onshore wind and solar PV portfolios (>3GW in total in 2020 and 2021 + 1.5GW in 2022) in France, from early-stage projects to operational assets.
✓ Project Engineer - Technical Due Diligence on a 80+MW onshore wind farm in Vietnam / Review of pre-feasibility study for the 200+MW onshore wind project in Indonesia, Owner's Engineer tender preparation.
✓ Project Manager - Technical Advisory - Drafting of an EPC Framework Agreement for solar PV rooftop C&I projects in ASEAN region. Assistance in negotiating Turbine Supply Agreements and O&M agreements, aggregation contracts for wind farms and solar PV plants in France, including preparation of technical annexes.
✓ Project Manager - Buyer's Technical Advisory - Technical Due Diligence of 200MW onshore wind project at early-stage of development in Vietnam including GIS constraint review, energy yield assessment and CAPEX/OPEX.
✓ Project Manager - Lender's Technical Advisory - Technical Due Diligence of 30MW, 18MW and 12MW onshore wind farms in France.
✓ Project Engineer - Lender's Technical Advisory - Review of EPC, O&M and Aggregation contracts for a portfolio of PV greenhouses, rooftop and ground-mounted plants in France.
✓ Preparation of quotations, Business Development activities and development of in-house tools to support the company's growth. Training of newcomers.
