Right now, I have two main focuses: 1: Promoting and enhancing the reputation of Rework (and recruitment as a whole) in the construction sector. 2: Raising awareness of inequalities and inefficiencies in the Ugandan healthcare system and promoting what we, as Dynamic Doctors, are doing to address these challenges.
