I started out designing gambling machines for the French Mafia (we didn't know). Then Interpol showed up. It was time to move to the UK. (No, not on the run, but for a program sponsored by the British Government). Since then: Over the past 25 years, my career has been dedicated to customer-centricity and innovation. I've had the privilege to collaborate with some of the world's brightest minds and renowned brands to transform their customer experiences (CX). My journey has taken me around the globe, where I've led multidisciplinary teams with a shared goal of enhancing life for millions of customers, one experience at a time. My passion for making a tangible difference in people’s lives has driven me to work on a variety of exciting projects. These have ranged from smoking cessation programmes and Alzheimer's support to initiatives focused on informal caregivers, patient adherence, habit formation, and behaviour change. In addition to my work in customer experience, I've also had the opportunity to contribute as a researcher at a leading university hospital in Barcelona (Hospital Clinic).
