Seeing clients adapt, break through challenges, and continue growing is my passion. For almost 40 years I and my associates have worked side-by-side with clients as they learn how to maintain the right focus on their business while being aware of the ever-changing business environment. It’s done through my proprietary Business Triad approach for dealing with "surprise," unanticipated challenges associated with growth. Challenges that effect the entire organization but are hard to identify clearly and resolve. In a deliverable-oriented manner, the Business Triad addresses the Business Plan/case/processes, along with project management, and organizational development in a humanistic manner. The method is scalable. Once learned clients are taught how to re-apply it as growth brings on new challenges. The work is tailored comprising the right mix of consulting, mentoring, and teaching along with support from appropriate key professionals such as attorneys, CFOs, IT specialists, marketing/sales/SEO specialists, life coaches, and human resource specialists, to name a few.
