As Head, Classroom Excellence at Spark Studio my key responsibilities were:
1) Setting a vision of excellence for the live classes at Spark Studio.
2) Designing classroom excellence framework to assess quality of our live classrooms.
3) Building a robust pipeline of candidates for facilitator role for various courses at Spark Studio, creating processes and structures for hiring, and onboarding.
4) Designing teacher training modules to drive continuous learning in our teacher ecosystem.
5) Designing processes and structures to drive assessments at Spark Studio.

Head, Classroom Excellence

As Subject Matter Expert my key responsibilities were:
1) Creating and reviewing K10 Social Science content for CBSE, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh Board.
2) Designing learning outcomes, and learning indicators for K10 Social Science content. 
3) Managed end-to-end creation of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu content for 2 quarters.

Subject Matter Expert: Social Science

Teach For India

As Program Manager the primary task has been managing 16 fellows placed across 6 different 
schools in the city. Responsibilities include but not limited to -

1) Building strong and ambitious vision towards developing fellow and student leadership. 
2) Driving a culture of collaboration, and trust.
3) Devising strategies to drive the above two, and designing structures, spaces and plans to collect data to check progress to goals. 
4) Designed and facilitated 4 city level leadership development sessions, 11 learning circles, and 5 LC level fellow development sessions (open for all) in one year.

Supported national recruitment team with city recruitment strategy; designed over 10 sessions and experiences for targeted colleges to push the recruitment in the region.

Co-designed and co-facilitated"System and Policy track" by collaborating with academician from IIM Ahmedabad by keeping theories of policy formulation and implementation and "teaching as leadership" as core principles for Teach for India, Ahmedabad fellows. Designed structures, spaces, and systems to collect data to track fellow engagement and development through track.

Program Manager

As a Teach for India fellow, I was placed in a government school, run by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation in a low income community in Ahmedabad. I was responsible for the academic growth and leadership development of 33 5th and 6th graders. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to -

1) Setting ambitious vision and derive differentiated academic and non-academic goals.
2) Designing curriculum for English, Maths, and Social Science to drive values and exposure pieces.
3) Create short term and long term plan to work towards goals, and design systems, and structures to track progress to goals. 
4) Building relationship with stakeholders such as parents, govt officials, school staff to invest them towards the classroom vision.

As part of Fellow Advisory and Research Committee (FARC) contributed towards landscape study conducted by Teach for India, Ahmedabad to create vision 2022 for the city. Worked closely with City Alumni Impact Manager to set up the logistics involved, collect quantitative and qualitative data from ground towards creation of hypotheses required. 

Supported recruitment team by co-designing and facilitating webinars for fellowship candidates. Prepared children for recruitment sessions and webinars.
