From the incorporation to business structuring, establishing factory and set-up of accounting process from initial phase to expansion involving coordinations with legal, tax and various government departments. I also handle projects involving risk management, compliance and internal control set-up, management review and forensic investigations for financial fraud cases to keep my learning thrills always at right path. I have being project lead on some of acquisitions projects; where I have helped clients on implementing pre and post acquisitions tasks involving co-ordination with various teams. In my early career endeavours; I took experience majorly on tax matters. Thereafter; I took few opportunities as challenge to understand how other domain work and explore my options. I am always excited about something; let it be process, control, projects etc. which can bring change and make life simpler for many teammates and organisations as whole. I am always curious to look what option we got from continuous improvement perspective.
