•	Responsible for the handling of residential interior projects in Dwarka, Old Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway region.
•	As a project manager, it was my key responsibility to track and review the project from Lead conversion to its completion within the timelines, budget and specifications promised to our clients. This involved coordination between the client, designer, modular furniture team, catalogue & custom furniture teams, decor items suppliers and other package on site vendors.
•	Delivered  more  than  50  projects  with  order  value  of  projects  ranging  from  10  lacs  to  1  crore.

•Decathlon, Unity Group Mall, CBD Shahdara, New Delhi store (Retail Interior Fit Out Project) which was the 50th store of DSI in India (Project Value: INR 2.13 Crores).
•Decathlon Sports, Ansal Plaza mall, Khel Gaon, New Delhi store. (Retail Interior Fit out Project) which was the first premium and multi-level store of DSI in India (Project Value: INR 2.68 Crores).
•Decathlon Sports Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, New Delhi store (Retail Interior Fit Out Project) which was a high value project with value of 3.5 Crores.
•Escalator installation from concept, contract and custom clearance till installation for Decathlon, Indirapuram store (Project Value: INR 40 Lacs). This was carried out while the store was functional.
•Terrace waterproofing work in running store from validation process, vendor procurement till final execution of activities for GIP, Noida store (Project Value: INR 47 Lacs). This was carried out while the store was functional.
•Ansal Plaza, Khel Gaon Store major layout modification works carried, while store was still functional for the customers. This project required extensive site logistic planning and hourly basis planning, due to limited hours working window.

Project Value: INR 30 crores (Approx.)
•	Administered the procurement of numerous vendor packages and tender management.
•	Supported the client at the time of contract development and design; synchronized with architects, consultants and client stakeholders.
•	Supervised the work at site, safeguarded quality and ensured timely delivery of project.
•	Performed the entire project planning and documentation; accomplished vendor invoice certification and project account settlements.

Assistant Manager

•	Monitoring of the projects financed by the Piramal Fund Management on resource secondment basis contract
•	Formulated technical reports for the purpose of MIS reporting.
•	Evaluated future possibilities of risks for an on-going project.
•	Examined technical due diligence reports for the forthcoming investments and provided inputs on the same.

 Real term – Everstone  JV: - Indospace Industrial & Logistics Park, Luhari, Haryana, India 
•	Project Value: INR 75 crores
•	The project entailed 3 warehouses with a collective total area of 600,000 square feet.
•	Observed the activities at the construction sites such as civil, PEB (steel structure) and infrastructure with external development and services.
•	Performed FM 2 flooring which was directed by Face Consultants from the UK.
•	Executed testing of material at the lab and accomplished documentation of the same; completed tests at the field as well as their documentation.
•	Implemented casting & erection of waffle wall which was a readymade construction technique from the USA.
•	Formulated progress reports, minutes of meeting and quality reports on a weekly basis.

•	This project valued INR 200 crores and included 11 Towers changing from 2 Basements + Ground + 19 Floors to 2 Basements + Ground + 29.
•	Performed construction of high rise residential towers.
•	The daily  planning & monitoring of activities and guaranteed it is completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
•	Coordinated with the petty contractors, client’s staff; formulated monthly bills of the contractors.
•	Took a report of activities executed by the end of day from the staff

•	Discovered tender notices of numerous public and private organizations.
•	Studied the annexure and other documents before bidding.
•	Conducted a survey on inspection of the site; performed market survey of construction material near the site and found lead distances.
•	Joined pre-bid meetings for discovering answers to the queries.
•	Formulated documents in accordance with technical and commercial specifications.
