Hi, thank you for visiting my profile! I am Gaurav, a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in English (H) from Sri Venkateswara College (University of Delhi). During my time at college, I took on leadership roles in several societies, where I learned to collaborate effectively and bring people together. Currently, I'm working with EY as a Talent Acquisition Associate. I focus on end-to-end offer generation processes and recruitment coordination. My previous internship at Invest India (Government of India) as a Research & Policy intern, I focused on strategic initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to identify investment opportunities. Prior to this, I interned at The Economic Times, where I gained hands-on experience in sales and marketing. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns and utilized CRM tools to make and maintain databases effectively. Additionally, I was involved in delegates acquisition for high-profile national summits/conferences.
