Leading change and driving excellence over more than 24 years across the Telecommunication, Media, Communication, Financial, Education and Healthcare landscape, I am driven by my belief in a sustainable, connected global community which bridges the digital divide and provides innovative new experiences for all. I am obsessed with constantly streamlining and automating business processes, incorporating the latest technology and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. Achievements include helping set up Deloitte Consulting Revenue Cycle Services, Citibank’s Credit Card Collections, Abbey National’s Customer Service, Amdocs Business Services and Development Centers in India. In addition, played an integral part in the onshore strategy, upskilled personnel and driving business growth vertically and horizontally across territories. I started with the Americas, then EMEA and finally JAPAC / ANZ to allow a seamless global working relationship powered by systems and encouraged by business and technical processes. In Singapore, I was able to introduce a culture of continuous improvement and automation and implemented this in my assignments and projects, which in turn helped streamline our delivery and implementation processes. It has also resulted in a more positive experience and unlocked new revenue opportunities. Experienced working in both on-premise, highly regulated and compliant strict environments, cloud and hybrid setups, SDLC, Agile and SAAS teams remaining focused business outcomes, operational SLAs and KPIs which brings a complete 360 customer and business view and encourages constructive innovation and positive growth. More recently, involved in AI forums and discussions to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations and improve unbiased results in Generative AI implementations and installations. Designing and white boarding solutions to seamlessly integrate AI where really needed. Leveraging on existing RPA, ML implementations as phase 1 whilst improving and evolving Gen AI for future phases to eventually inherit existing functions. Pro-bono go-to-market consultation, collaboration and ideation to build a true digital future for all.
