·	Regional club affiliation negotiation. First of kind for Star group.
·	Unique event negotiation – Wrestling, Jane Seymour, Kembla Grange. Contra based unique experiences for key clientele resulting in high ROI reportings.eg. $50k contra assigned for wrestling in return for ticketing and meet and greet experiences and marketing.Targeting mid/high range VIP resulting in over $1.5M revenue generated.

Premium Guest Development Manager

Dual Responsibility of Domestic Market Manager and development and inception of Business Development team dedicated to NSW mass pipeline management.
