Senior Product Manager

Product Manager, DEMS - Evidence Management & User Experience: 

As a level 2 product manager for Axon Enterprise, I am responsible for managing the company's flagship product, evidence.com.

I lead a team of engineers in collaboration with my engineering manager, executing projects from start to finish. My role covers the entire product life cycle, from discovery and development to introducing these products to the market.

I play a crucial role in the growth of our user base by making sure our products satisfy the needs of both new and current customers. I gather the voice of the customer, create user stories, and define product specifications, and collaborate with design.

My goal is to ensure our products continue to meet the changing needs of the market and drive the growth of the company. With my experience and expertise in product management, I am well-equipped to tackle the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Product Owner - NYPD On-Site Team: 

As a product owner for Axon Enterprise, I played a key role in the success of the company's flagship product, Axon Evidence for the largest body worn camera agency in the United States. As lead product owner, I trained all members of the NYPD on how to use the platform, and effectively managed any product-related escalations.

My ability to influence the direction of the product was a crucial asset, as I worked closely with Axon's product managers to build new features and improve existing ones. This included working on a SCRUM team where we utilized Agile methodologies and A/B testing, so we could test and iterate on our product to have the most successful outcome for all of our agencies. 

My contributions, such as building new roles and permissions and finding easier ways for officers to collect and manage evidence, helped Axon Evidence become a more effective tool for law enforcement agencies.

Product Owner

Implementation Specialist - NYPD On-Site Team: 

As an implementation specialist at Axon Enterprise, I played a crucial role in the successful deployment of the NYPD's body worn camera program. 

With my expertise, I was one of the key players that bulit the body worn camera  program from scratch, leading to the deployment of over 22,000 body cameras across the 5 boroughs of New York City. 

My day to day ranged from traveling to each precinct to securely integrate body worn cameras to NYPD's network, to standing up their instance of Axon Evidence to assure all evidence was uploaded into Axons SaaS product called evidence.com.

• Prepared and served mixed drinks, cocktails, wine and beer serving a local customer base in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment

• Ensured that the inventory of the drinks at the bar is well stocked.

• Execute weekly inventory of alcohol at all stations, liquor cage, walk-in cooler and liquor room for Bar Manager to place reorders.

• Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws and napkins as necessary for bartender use.

• Worked with Optimum Channels editing team to insert lower thirds and write the programs  time sheets

• Worked with Optimum Channel and MSG Varsity to cross promote one another

Media Marketing Assistant

I have had a lifelong love for building things. As I grew older, my love for technology grew as well, and I became interested in web development. However, my curiosity about the "why" behind the building and the "who" the users were led me to pursue a career in product management. In this role, I can use my skills and passions to create both SaaS and on-prem solutions. My passion for product runs deep, and I am always eager to learn, train, and work as part of a team to create amazing products!
