After a successful transition as an Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer to Cisco as a Sales Operations Analyst, I discovered my true calling in coaching and mentoring. My foundation in leadership was built during a decade in the Army, where I managed Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Recruiting Operations. The Army experience ingrained in me the values of trust, resilience, and effective communication. As a business and leadership coach, I now apply these lessons to guide others toward excellence.
