Gavin and his company DEESURVEYS Ltd provide all types of residential valuations including for probate, matrimonial, leasehold enfranchisement, residential lease extension, Help to Buy, HMRC purposes, HMOs, shared ownership  & retrospective valuations. Also provided are the RICS Home Surveys Levels 1, 2 & 3 Reports, Period Property Surveys, Compulsory Purchase & Blight Notice Compensation Claims, Part 1 Claims under Land Compensation Act 1973. We provide Expert Witness Reports. 

Gavin's clients include the general public, solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and other professionals and corporate companies.  

DEESURVEYS is located in Chester and operates throughout, Cheshire, North Wales, Wirral and Merseyside areas. We also provide Desk Top valuations throughout the UK in the field of Leasehold Enfranchisement and Residential Lease Extension and travel around the country to provide Period Property Surveys.
