My toolkit includes design and development tools like Figma, Figjam, Whimsical, and Webflow. I also use Project management tools such as Notion, Trello, and Jira.

I always search for better ways to design and develop products that cater to user needs and drive business growth.

I used to believe that if something was clear, users would find it.
That assumption felt reasonable. It was also wrong.

It turns out this belief says more about designers than users.
I recently wrote about a moment that completely reframed how I think about product design, real-world behavior, and why “good UX” often fails outside controlled environments.
