Hello, I'm Geetha, currently employed with NTT DATA Services. I am a data person by profession and a curious lifelong learner by heart. Since my childhood, I have been a studious and disciplined kid grown in a humble middle-class background. I started to work when I was 19 as a customer service associate at Dell International Services. I was excited not only to begin my professional journey but also to be able to support my family as well. The ‘keep going’ attitude ensured that I completed my graduation and post-graduation in finance via correspondence while working full time and growing at Dell. I learned all about ‘Customer Service’ during my initial years at Dell. My team provided excellent call quality and spectacular CE & NPS Scores. Analyzing CE Scores helped me identify my love for data and analytics. I plunged into the data analytics field by self-learning via multiple online courses, attending in-person classes, and working with mentors to guide me in my data journey. For more than a decade now, I have worked on multiple data/analytics projects like frontline performance analytics, revenue generation, global scorecard, social media analytics, digital analytics, to name a few. In 2016, NTT DATA Services acquired Dell Services, and I moved to NTT DATA Services as a Digital Analytics Sr. Advisor. Have developed end-to-end online analytics reporting dashboards for the marketing organization. These data insights have helped improve site traffic, online campaigns performance, generate quality leads, etc. With a breadth of experience in customer service, social media, marketing, it was time to explore Sales. Since 2021, I have been thoroughly enjoying my role in the Sales Operations team of NTT DATA. I support by providing win-loss analytics, leading and driving the data governance projects, integrating new technology to help our sellers sell more effectively.
