Just imagine if you can recognize the strength and likes of each person, chances are we will have a perfect relationship with every human. In my experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and social work, I have always excelled in providing solutions by enabling others. It was then, I realized what I wanted to do, help others know their potentials and strength. We know the increase in the digital world is not going to stop. The more human we are to be, the more value we will bring to the world. The ability to influence, build trust, kindness, compassion, looking presentable and social competence are valuable in all times ahead. Trust me, these are learnable skills. Perhaps you don't see what I see, a culture of positive people treatment brings far-reaching results at the workplace, community, and home. I make it, part of my duty that when I share my experience and knowledge with others, I give more than just what I am hired for. For that, I speak and train people on the potential of Social Intelligence, to interpret and comprehend their social environment and establish meaningful communication and relationships with others, a key component under ESG. The research aims to explore students' awareness and examine the presence of Social Intelligence.
