In 2018, I founded Uptechsys, and since then, I have been working as CEO, leading a team of 30+ specialized in IT consulting, business consulting, application development and operation, ERP implementation, digital strategy, and outsourcing. As the founder and CEO of Uptechsys, I have developed a comprehensive framework comprising consulting, technology, and outsourcing, designed to assist organizations with digital transformation and enhance organizational effectiveness. In addition to Uptechsys, I also founded HamroAcademy, an EdTech SaaS ERP solution that focuses on the digitalization of the educational sector through consulting, technology, and outsourcing. HamroAcademy provides innovative ERP solutions to educational organizations, streamlining their processes and improving efficiency. Currently, I am working on brand development and outsourcing tech teams to Nepal, impacting global companies and reducing their project costs.
