My experience both in the corporate world and as an integrative psychotherapist and executive coach has taught me that we are not fixed beings and that any methods and strategies need to be adapted for relevance and efficacy according to the culture and individuals involved and that what worked 2 years ago, may no longer be relevant or need tweaking. Having spent 30+ years in the Corporate sector and developing my skills in motivating and developing people, I understand the challenges you and your teams are facing at different levels. You want engaged, happy and productive staff that can be developed in line with their skills and your ethos but your time is very limited. I am also an integrated psychotherapist and coach with a post graduate qualification, certification in executive coaching and experience in working with individuals and couples on a range of issues, this affords me additional insights into the struggles some people face and methods which can help.
