With over two decades in design and technology, my journey from software development to co-founding TAIGATEC has been driven by a passion for innovation, a lot of coffee and a commitment to excellence. Starting out as a software developer and progressing into building and managing solutions for large corporates such as EY; learning best practices in enterprise level development (providing: Scalability, Security, Integration, and Automation); laid a solid foundation moving into technology management roles for various global financial institutions; managing large scale transformation and migration programmes, and R&D technology consulting in innovation to a range of top tier investment banks, Insurers, and FinTec companies. As a mentor at WOMEN IN TECH® Global and a trustee at The Careers Office, my mission extends beyond business; it's about inspiring and empowering the next generation of women in technology and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. My work with UN Women UK as a delegate underscores my dedication to advocating gender equality and education equity.
