At EMA Training, we support businesses and students across the Midlands (Leicester, Derby and Nottingham) to create thriving and harmonious relationships between apprentice and employer.

Growth is a key word that I love to use in the relationship between apprentice and employer. It's a wonderful thing to witness the growth of a young professional whilst they genuinely add value to the growth of your business. 

We provide support throughout the entire process of recruiting an apprentice including helping you to understand the many funding options available along with attracting the next shining star for your business who is well-suited to the role. We specialise in the delivery of apprenticeships across accountancy and finance, marketing and data tech.

In addition, responsible for producing the marketing strategies which give us the tools and support to sell our products and services.
