Led the product and design functions at a vertical SaaS, B2B2C company building software for small businesses. Oversaw product development of the entire brightwheel platform, and was accountable to the strategy, roadmap and goals that aligned to company priorities.

Primary focus was on (a) introducing products to serve as acquisition levers for new customer growth; (2) optimizing the customer journey from web lead through initial value; (3) shoring up retention by closing critical product gaps; and (4) introducing new revenue streams via 0-1 products.

Managed a team of six product managers and five designers.

Owned vision, strategy and roadmap for brightwheel's financial products, which enabled early ed centers to manage and grow healthy businesses.

Scaled billing and payments product from 50 to 70% customers attach and doubled ARR by deepening payments penetration (more dollars paid through brightwheel); platform now responsible for >$5B in GPV annually.

Led strategy for introducing new financial capabilities beyond payments; launched payroll and expense management.

Co-lead the Product function; optimized the systems and processes that enabled EPD to more efficiently deliver value to customers; includes annual/quarterly planning, hiring, product development processes, operating cadence, and more.

Led the design team; oversaw team goals, priorities and processes, including defining design system and accessibility standards; information architecture; and UXR.

Mindstrong

Led strategy and development of products that enabled measurement-based care between providers and patients.

Defined and launched several key features, including multi-channel member appointments, Care Team messaging, digital Care Plan, member assessments (surveys), task management system, enablement of new Care Team providers, and digital file integration, among others.

Technologies launched allowed Mindstrong to measure and optimize impact on outcomes, engagement, satisfaction and cost, the key factors that demonstrate value to partners; owned provider capacity planning to support launch of commercial contract (Humana), resulted in acquisition of thousands of members across seven states in six months.

Strategic partner to the Clinical Operations team, helping them creatively optimize operational efficiency.

Uber

Owned the development of our Communications Platform, which allows internal Marketing and Tech customers to connect with Uber’s global customers in an intelligent, hyper-personalized way to deliver customer value, drive engagement, and unlock business impact. Tens of billions of messages sent to millions of unique customers a year through the Platform, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in incremental net billings annually. Specialized focus on tools for content authoring and personalization; delivery; and data and analytics for email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.

Senior Product Manager

Managed a team of Product Operations Specialists supporting Uber's platform products, which enable our internal teams to scale growth faster and more efficiently. Specialized focus on our Communications and Customer Support platforms.

As a Team, responsible for leading all operational processes to execute on product strategy; Ensuring products meet the needs of our global business; Testing and launching products; Monitoring the impact of products post-launch; and surfacing key insights from the business to inform future product decisions.

As a Leader, oversaw execution of high impact, cross-functional strategic projects; Hired, managed, and developed a diverse and collaborative team of 11 high performers; and aligned with leadership in both Product and Operations to ensure the team was tackling the most important business problems.

Product Operations Manager - Product Platform

Led the rollout of Uber's in-app music streaming platform, which allowed drivers to play music through the Uber partner app and riders to take control of music through the rider app. Developed the strategy for product launch and optimization, driving 66% of adoption. Responsible for experimentation and optimization; bug triage and product testing; cross-functional alignment and execution; and internal training and communication. The product resulted in a +3% uplift in driver supply hours.

Product Operations Specialist - Entertainment, Developer Platform

Operations Lead on the Process Resource Optimization Team, supporting Uber's growing Global Operations organization with hundreds of cities around the world. Tasked with building and scaling best practices for marketing, and developing programs that support new and existing employee development. Projects included standardizing marketing playbooks and tactics; developing gold standards around core role functions; and building learning programs for new Marketing Operations hires.

Global Operations Lead

Oversaw rider- and driver-side marketing efforts for the Greater Philadelphia Area. Pitched and executed high-impact ROI, local and national partnerships to drive demand and grow brand awareness (examples: Philadelphia 76ers, Live Nation, MADD). Tracked and analyzed campaign and team-wide marketing KPIs using self-created models and reports. Integral member of four-person regional team responsible for building strategic framework for East Coast rider marketing; Managed three marketing managers.

Senior Marketing Manager

Developed and executed strategic campaigns to drive user acquisition, increase platform engagement, and generate overall brand awareness. Oversaw communications for rider- and driver-side messaging. Worked with supply management team to expand geographic coverage area and maximize marketplace efficiency. Managed social media and customer support channels.

PlantPure Nation

Third employee at a plant-based food production start-up. Supported President and CEO with business planning and strategy. Analyzed competitive market to identify points of brand differentiation, and made recommendations to improve product positioning. Led sourcing, procurement, and product testing processes at our third-party production plant in Atlanta, GA.

Managed internal communications, operations, and policy processes for 1,500+ employees. Created and executed Excel-based models used by the central operations team to analyze org-wide data. Implemented a series of quality control measures to ensure data accuracy.
